Our Equipment

The Pilates equipment provides resistance to both challenge and support the body. We offer privates, duets and small group classes, all tailored to the individual and suitable for all levels and abilities, including rehabilitation from injury and injury prevention.

Reformer

The Reformer is a sliding carriage with adjustable springs, straps and a footbar that can be adapted to suit every body and every level.

Wall Unit

The Wall Unit combines many of the functions of the Cadillac in a more compact form, using springs and bars attached to the wall.

It is particularly effective for spinal mobility, postural work and targeted strengthening exercises, and offers a versatile and varied piece of work for all levels.

"As a keen runner, equipment Pilates has been brilliant for injury prevention and strengthening my core. By the end of a session my muscles are so much more relaxed and if I miss a session I really notice the difference."
