Group Classes

Sessions are run in small groups of up to three people. Clients spend periods of time on all of the equipment and mat, performing a wide variety of exercises to suit their individual needs at their own pace.

Single class – £28

Series of 5 group classes – £125 (£25 per class)

Duet Classes

This is a private session shared between two people on the Pilates equipment.

Single class - £30 (per person)

Series of 5 duet classes - £140 (£28 per class)

Private Class

One to one instruction focusing on a client’s individual goals and needs through a variety of exercises on the Pilates equipment.

One to one instruction – £60

Series of 5 private classes – £275 (£55 per class)
