Group Classes

Sessions are run in small groups of up to four people. Client's spend time on the full range of Pilates equipment and mat, performing a wide variety of exercises to suit their individual needs at their own pace.

Single Class – £28

5 Classes – £125 (£25 per class)

Duet Classes

​

This is a private session shared between two people on the Pilates equipment.

​

Single Class - £35 (per person)

5 Classes - £150 (£30 per class)

Private Class

​

One to one instruction focusing on a client’s individual goals and needs through a variety of exercises on the Pilates equipment.

​

Single Class – £65

5 Classes – £300 (£60 per class)
