Group Equipment Classes​

Sessions are held in small groups of up to four clients. Participants move through the full range of Pilates equipment, performing exercises tailored to their individual needs at their own pace led by our expert comprehensive teachers.

Duet Classes

A duet is a semi-private session for two clients, designed to support each individual's goals while using the full range of Pilates equipment.

Single Class - £35 (per person)

5 Classes - £165 (£33 per class)

Private Class

​​

Private sessions offer individual attention in a supportive, focused environment. Each session is designed around your specific goals and needs, utilising all the Pilates equipment and progressing at your own pace.

Mat Classes​

​

Matwork classes are floor-based sessions for up to 10 participants, using small props to improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility, with small class sizes for personal attention and support.

6 Classes £90 (£15 per class)
