Kemi

Kemi first experienced the benefits of Pilates whilst rehabilitating an ongoing knee injury during her dance training at The Laban Centre of Dance and Movement. Her knee injury was rehabilitated successfully and she continued her profession as a dancer with a new found passion for Pilates. In 2004 Kemi completed the Pilates Foundation two year course with Anne-Marie Zulkahari and Hana Jones, founding members of the Pilates Foundation Uk. This intensive training course combined with Kemmi's own experience of rehabilitation gave her the knowledge and skills to work with a wide range of client's. Kemmi brings sensitivity, dedication and a keen eye for movement to her teaching, encouraging her client's to achieve self awareness and precision in their Pilates practise.

Kemmi teaches at a number of Pilates Studio's in London as well as

co-directing and teaching at Berkhamsted Pilates Studio near her home. Kemmi is part of the Pilates Foundation Teacher Training team at Anne-Marie Zulkahari's Studio in London where she mentor's trainee Pilates Teacher's.
